Post Delivery Customer Service Representative

As a Post Delivery Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for receiving post-delivery calls from customers, delivery service, warehouse associates, outside service agents and store personnel and determining how to address their issues and follow through until there is resolution. You will also navigate through various sources of information to effectively respond to the customer.
