Our Gift Registry Consultant is responsible for acting as Gift Registry ambassador on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer service and gathering clientele information to maximize sales in assigned stores. This individual is responsible for developing relationships with registrants, guiding registrants through the creation of registry, communicate new and upcoming merchandise and promotions and drive additional registrants through referral, industry and social resources, community contacts and more. Our Gift Registry Consultant is also responsible for training all associates on Gift Registry policies, procedures and best practices acts as an expert of gift registry items. 

We'll value your:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with both associates and customers
  • Strong aptitude in customer service and selling techniques
  • Present a professional, well-groomed image according to dress code standards
  • Prior retail or consultant experience preferred

Schedules include a variety of day, evening and weekend hours.
