Store Management Trainees
We offer a structured 12 week Training Program based in our store locations. Our Store Management Training Program is designed to prepare you for a future position as a Store Manager in our growing regional department store. During this training program, with the support of a mentor, your store manager and store training team, you will develop the competencies necessary for success as a Sales Manager. You will continue to build your retail management skills through additional training courses and on-the-job experiences in one of our stores. After successfully achieving the goals and objectives of the Sales Manager position, an Individual Development Plan will be designed to assist with your transition to become a Store Manager. The ability to relocate is required.
