With Product Development you too can be involved with managing all aspects of our exclusive labels such as John Bartlett, Victor by Victor Alfaro, Relativity, Laura Ashley, Ruff Hewn, Kenneth Roberts, Living Quarters, and many others.

As part of the designing team, you will make a style dream come true by pulling together all facets of these brands; color, pattern, texture and silhouette. As part of the product management team, you will develop technical product specifications, select manufacturers, oversee quality and drive business. Unlike at the big national retailers where you only impact a small piece of the product development cycle, at Bon-Ton you will have a say in it all!
