Cosmetics is a business that continues to grow at Bon -Ton. We offer such vendors as Clinique, Lancôme, Estee Lauder and Bobbi Brown. This part of our business is a huge part of our sales and instrumental in our store success.

We are looking for individuals that can lead and coach Cosmetic Beauty Advisors to achieve counter sales goals. Role model expected service behaviors and develop a team concept to ensure superior customer service in selecting and purchasing cosmetic products. This person will have fun planning weekly counter events, special events and new product launches.

We’ll value your:

· Prior experience working with cosmetics.

· Attention to detail, discipline and organizational skills are key to this position.

· To exceed sales numbers, Cosmetic Counter Managers need to be self motivated and goal driven.
